Ratha Yatra (Parade of Chariots) will start @12 Noon from Love Park near City Hall (At the intersection of 16th street and JFK Boulevard) and go down Benjamin Franklin Parkway to Festival of India site at Eakin's Oval (Opposite Philadelphia Museum of Arts).
